- Lead the 2026 Vision: Own and drive the strategic product roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams with the company’s long-term objectives for the 2026 release cycle.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage high-performing project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks early in the development lifecycle and implement proactive strategies to ensure project delivery.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and budgets to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
- Agile Execution: Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage the software development lifecycle, ensuring rapid iteration and high-quality output.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale software launches.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans and timelines.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and managing conflict effectively.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executive leadership.
