Job Description
We are on the precipice of a technological revolution. At FutureScale Innovations, we aren't just predicting the future; we are engineering it. We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to lead our R&D division in developing next-generation neural interfaces and hybrid computing solutions for the year 2026 and beyond.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between classical machine learning and quantum computing paradigms. You will design scalable architectures that leverage quantum superposition to solve complex problems currently deemed unsolvable. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible in AI and hold a deep understanding of quantum mechanics, we want to hear from you.
Why join us?
- Work on the cutting edge of technology with a world-class engineering team.
- Competitive equity package and salary commensurate with experience.
- Flexible remote-first culture with quarterly in-person innovation sprints.
- Access to state-of-the-art quantum hardware and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms and system architectures for enterprise-scale AI applications.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on quantum advantage in machine learning, optimization, and natural language processing.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum processors with classical deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to create seamless, high-performance software pipelines.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new quantum algorithms using simulators and real quantum hardware (IBM Qiskit, Rigetti, IonQ).
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for our quantum AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or QuTiP).
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience deploying models on edge devices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex mathematical problems and translate them into efficient software solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
