Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for integrating quantum computing capabilities into our core AI product suite.
- Quantum-Classical Hybrid Systems: Design and optimize algorithms that seamlessly operate across classical and quantum processors to maximize computational efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into quantum error correction, qubit mapping, and novel machine learning models.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of junior and senior engineers, conducting code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical training sessions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex quantum concepts into clear, actionable insights for product managers, investors, and executive leadership.
- Prototype Development: Build and deploy high-fidelity prototypes to validate theoretical models before full-scale production implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks. Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and driving technical vision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to diverse audiences.
