- Prototype Development: Oversee the development of hardware prototypes and software stacks, ensuring rigorous testing and validation against industry standards.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on quantum mechanics or computational theory.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or hardware design within the tech or aerospace sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (e.g., AWS Braket, Google Quantum AI).
