Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, materials science, and AI
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical HPC infrastructure
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and represent the company at global tech forums
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm implementation
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
