Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Front-End Solutions: Design and implement robust, maintainable, and scalable React components and applications using modern best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the rendering cycle, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
- State Management: Leverage Redux, Context API, or Zustand to manage complex application state efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborative Development: Partner with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, QA) to deliver features on tight deadlines while maintaining high code quality standards.
- Code Reviews & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to extend application functionality and data flow.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee application reliability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in React: 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade applications using React (Hooks, Context, Redux, Next.js).
- TypeScript Mastery: Strong proficiency in TypeScript for type-safe development and architecture.
- Modern CSS: Deep knowledge of CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, or Styled Components for responsive and accessible UI design.
- Testing Proficiency: Experience writing tests with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
