Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise clients
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and cross-sell solutions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and feature requests
- Implement customer health scoring systems and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices
- Analyze usage data to drive adoption and value realization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience
- Proven track record of exceeding retention targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($100k+ ARR)
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
