Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis and interpret complex data trends to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and define success metrics.
- Write clean, optimized SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Expert knowledge of Excel and advanced data manipulation functions.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
