Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Design intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI that allow stakeholders to monitor KPIs in real-time.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement data governance standards.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate technical findings into business recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for experience in remote work settings.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, or Snowflake) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting data stories to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
