- Perform quality assurance checks to maintain 99.9% data accuracy standards
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with virtual teams to resolve data discrepancies and process improvements
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and GDPR data protection protocols
- Train junior staff on data entry best practices and software tools
- Implement automated data validation scripts using Python or VBA
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional data entry experience with high-volume datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word formatting)
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy verification
- Experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks Enterprise systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail orientation

- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
