Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99.7% accuracy across CRM, ERP, and proprietary systems
- Validate and reconcile complex datasets using SQL and Excel macros
- Implement data quality protocols to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Generate daily performance metrics for stakeholder reporting
- Train junior staff on data hygiene standards and automation tools
- Collaborate with offshore teams on timezone-sensitive data migrations
- Document SOPs for data processing workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of remote data entry experience with financial or healthcare datasets
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Workspace
- WPM 80+ with 10-key numeric keypad certification
- Familiarity with HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding KPI targets
- Associate's degree in Data Management or equivalent certification
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP data interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data transformation projects
