Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance

- Lead agile sprints with distributed teams using Jira/Confluence
- Implement security best practices for PCI/HIPAA compliance

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development (Node.js, Python, React)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
