Responsibilities
- Manage Development Lifecycle: Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for client projects, ensuring code quality and timely delivery.
- Weekend Support: Provide critical technical support and maintenance for our web infrastructure during the weekend shift.
- Code Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to identify bottlenecks and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and QA teams to resolve technical issues and enhance user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, API specs, and deployment guides.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all code adheres to strict security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, specifically with remote teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and a modern framework such as React or Vue.js.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible hours.
