Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical strategy for complex projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code quality assurance to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our tech stack where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
