Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Atlanta and Ohio to define new features and improve system architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and security standards.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 100% uptime for our clients.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
