Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless functionality across all devices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for our clients.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with React.js and Node.js ecosystems.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
