Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
