Your Mission
As a Senior Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and seamless frontend user experiences. You will drive technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on scalability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Optimize database queries and improve application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices in software development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
