Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a cross-functional agile environment to deliver top-tier features.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Testing: Implement rigorous testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E) to ensure product stability and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and actively participate in code reviews to foster team growth and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and version control (Git).
- Location: Must be authorized to work in the USA (Remote).
