Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud-based systems (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for remote employees via virtual channels
- Develop automation scripts for IT operations and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital migration projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues
- Create documentation for IT processes and remote access protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support or cloud architecture
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network security
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
- Proven experience with virtual collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
