Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud-based IT infrastructure for remote teams
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network, security, and system issues
- Lead migration projects for hybrid/remote environments using AWS/Azure
- Develop automation scripts to streamline IT operations and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on disaster recovery planning
- Monitor system performance using SIEM tools and implement proactive solutions
- Mentor junior IT staff through remote knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Certifications: CISSP, CCNP, or AWS Solutions Architect required
- Proven experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
