Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 remote technical support for 200+ enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Implement and maintain remote monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Datadog)
- Document all troubleshooting processes in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major system migrations
- Conduct quarterly security audits for assigned client portfolio
- Mentor junior support specialists during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for VPN, VoIP, and hybrid cloud environments
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell and scripting automation
- Experience with ITIL v4 incident management processes
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Must reside within San Antonio metropolitan area
