Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems and remote employees
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and networking solutions
- Implement and maintain security protocols across remote work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support/system administration
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills with enterprise software and hardware
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure, or Cisco CCNA) preferred
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
