Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS application integrations
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct technology training sessions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support with enterprise systems
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Proven experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
