Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues including cloud infrastructure
- Document support tickets and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Conduct system audits and security vulnerability assessments
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VPN technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
