Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise cloud systems, security protocols, and network infrastructure
- Lead remote troubleshooting for complex hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Document solutions in knowledge base and conduct virtual training for end-users
- Collaborate with DevOps team on system optimization and cybersecurity initiatives
- Monitor system performance using AIOps tools and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement and service contracts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CCNP, or equivalent advanced credentials
- Expertise in remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyConnect, LogMeIn)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex system failures
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation and user training
- Experience with ITIL framework and change management processes
- Proven ability to work autonomously in distributed teams
