Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues across diverse platforms
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for system monitoring and incident resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity best practices
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Mentor junior support staff through virtual training sessions and code reviews

Qualifications
