Responsibilities
- Provide expert remote technical support for enterprise software and hardware systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and infrastructure issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation and knowledge base

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support or systems administration

- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with Windows/Linux environments
