Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and SEO platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to optimize ROI
- Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver marketing initiatives on deadline
- Create compelling content including blog posts, videos, and email newsletters
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budgets with precise financial reporting
- Stay current with industry trends through continuous learning and certification
- Collaborate with Louisville-based clients to align marketing with business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign success
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong remote work experience with self-directed time management
- Google Analytics and/or HubSpot certification required
