Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code for our core remote platforms using modern frameworks.
- Monitor server health, system performance, and security logs during critical off-peak hours.
- troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to optimize night-shift workflows.
- Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive client data.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
- Document technical processes and maintain detailed system architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record of successfully working in night shifts or rotating schedules.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or React (Frontend/Backend).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
