Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize critical infrastructure and applications during night hours.
- Execute automated deployment pipelines and perform nightly system updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team via asynchronous communication channels.
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure data integrity.
- Document technical processes and contribute to the knowledge base.

- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts during off-peak hours.
- Execute nightly deployment scripts and maintenance tasks.
- Resolve critical bugs and backend errors with minimal downtime.
- Perform security patching and database backups.
- Document incident reports and technical changes.
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in software development and system administration.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
