Responsibilities
- Define and Execute Product Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap, translating complex business goals into actionable product requirements.
- Remote Leadership: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) across different time zones to drive product development.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize our market position.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, measure success, and iterate on features based on user feedback and usage data.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and risks to executive stakeholders and customers with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS or Fintech industries.
- Remote-Ready: Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively in a fully remote work environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and technical concepts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
