Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of remote projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize workflow and team efficiency.
- Conduct regular virtual stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and progress reviews with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within a fully remote or virtual team setting.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
