Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Design comprehensive, data-backed SEO roadmaps to improve organic traffic, search rankings, and lead generation for our diverse portfolio of clients.
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct in-depth website audits to identify technical issues, crawl errors, and optimization opportunities that impact site performance.
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Perform extensive research to identify high-value keywords and long-tail search terms relevant to our clients' industries.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to ensure all web content is optimized for both search engines and user engagement.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link building campaigns to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a remote or digital agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Analytics: Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO analytics tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with high discipline and time management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
