Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement in site architecture and crawlability.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy and on-page optimization.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement schema markup, structured data, and site speed optimizations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Manage link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO roles, preferably within a remote or digital agency environment.
- Deep technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side SEO.
- Expert proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
