Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability on cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a remote-first environment.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and work independently.
