Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across all platforms.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a remote or distributed team setting.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and a major front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
