Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure standards are met and technical debt is minimized.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and capable of handling high loads.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Agile Process: Participate actively in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Node.js, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
