Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure software applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, implementing robust solutions to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, and back-end technologies like Node.js or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first culture.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
