Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern web technologies and cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and QA) to define feature requirements and architectural decisions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and CI/CD deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Contribute to technical documentation and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on React, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work in a remote-first environment with strong self-discipline and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git workflow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
