Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define features and user requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 100% uptime for our clients.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
