Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure services
- Lead agile development cycles with distributed teams across time zones
- Optimize microservices for 99.99% uptime and sub-200ms latency
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development with Python/JavaScript
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and serverless architecture
