Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/Azure/GCP
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on distributed systems
- Optimize application performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Docker/Kubernetes/Jenkins
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blogs
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 4+ in cloud environments
- Expertise in Python, Java, or Go with modern frameworks
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Experience with container orchestration and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
