Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Experience with Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
