Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to handle increasing traffic loads.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on front-end or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java is a plus.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and state management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
