Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality code.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct and participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance improvements to enhance user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Agile Processes: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
