Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies like React, Node.js, and cloud services.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews for the team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues in development, staging, and production environments to ensure system stability.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to guarantee software reliability and performance.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js is required; experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Time Management: Strong self-discipline and ability to manage time effectively while working independently.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and devise innovative solutions.
