Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve bugs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud (GCP).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
