Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise network security systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues remotely
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security protocols
- Conduct remote system audits and vulnerability assessments
- Mentor junior support engineers and conduct training sessions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support/network security
- CompTIA Security+ and CCNA certifications required
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and cloud infrastructure management
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
