Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and email
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies
- Train clients on new systems and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
- Ability to work independently with flexible schedules
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
